About this Bundle
All exam attempts within the SIT programme must be documented by us. Therefore, unlocking a third exam attempt is only possible with a small processing fee. If you’re unsure whether you’re sufficiently prepared for the third attempt, you can book this bundle instead of the standard processing fee. It includes a personal coaching session. Based on your previous exam results, we will review key topics from the relevant course in detail with you – to help you prepare for the exam as effectively as possible.
How does the whole thing work?
- Step 1: Schedule your 1:1 coaching session:
- Book the appropriate bundle here in the shop (processing fee + 1 × 45 or 2 × 45 minutes of 1:1 coaching).
- We will arrange the 1:1 online coaching appointment with you at short notice.
- During the coaching session, we will review the key topics and relevant details based on your exam results and individual questions.
- Following the coaching session, you may choose to begin the exam right away or take additional time for individual preparation.
- Step 2: Complete the retake exam:
- After the coaching session, you will receive the access details for the retake exam.
- Please complete the exam within 14 days after receiving your password, if possible.
- Please inform us by email once you have completed the exam.
- We will then document your attempt and forward it to the vendor within approximately 14 days.
- Please also note:
- If the third attempt is not successful either, you will need to retake the respective SIT course in order to earn a valid certification.
- Your certification’s validity period will always be based on the last day of the original SIT course you attended.
- Once the exam results have been submitted to the vendor, the further processing and entry of your certification into the partner program databases is beyond our control.
