About this processing fee
All exam attempts within the SIT programme must be documented by us (= wilkon.academy). Therefore, unlocking a third exam attempt is unfortunately only possible with a small processing fee.
Procedure for retaking the exam
- Once we have received your payment, we will send you the access details for your third exam attempt.
- Please prepare for your next attempt using the training materials (including additional resources).
- Please complete the exam within 14 days after receiving your password, if possible.
- Please inform us by email once you have completed the exam.
- We will then document your attempt and forward it to the vendor within approximately 14 days.
- Please also note:
- If you still have any content-related questions, feel free to book a personalized one-on-one coaching session with us.
- If the third attempt is not successful either, you will need to retake the respective SIT course in order to earn a valid certification.
- Your certification’s validity period will always be based on the last day of the original SIT course you attended.
- Once the exam results have been submitted to the vendor, the further processing and entry of your certification into the partner program databases is beyond our control.
