About the Course

This in-house workshop is aimed at organisations that have already gained solid experience with the wilkon.StreamingCube and are now looking to take the next steps. In the advanced module Panel Talks, we show you how to manage events where more than two people are actively involved on stage at the same time. This presents particular challenges, especially in the area of audio control, where the wilkon.StreamingCube also offers excellent support. Through hands-on exercises, we prepare your team to manage complex events and, as always, combine technical, instructional, and organisational aspects throughout the workshop. .

As with our basic module, the exact content and structure of our advanced workshops are also closely tailored to your needs, ensuring that your team’s prior experience and specific use cases are fully taken into account. The following list of topics therefore serves only as an initial orientation. In any case, we ensure that, after completing the workshop, your team will be able to successfully deliver dynamic formats with the wilkon.StreamingCube independently and without further support.

How does the whole thing work?

This is a practical workshop featuring numerous hands-on exercises conducted directly on the systems – ideally at your premises. If required, the workshop can also be held at the wilkon.trainingcentre in Nuremberg with an identically configured setup. The recommended group size is approximately 6–8 participants. Group sizes of up to 12 participants are possible for teams with greater prior experience – or where not only trainers or moderators in front of the camera are being trained, but also dedicated support staff (e.g. media technicians, room coordinators, etc.). At these group sizes, we ensure that each participant has sufficient time to familiarise themselves hands-on with the entire setup, watch and support one another, and gain practical confidence. Experience shows that many creative ideas for later practical use emerge during the workshop, helping to ensure the successful introduction of the wilkon.StreamingCube within your organisation.
