About our Coaching Packages
In day-to-day work, there are often challenges that go beyond the scope of our public training sessions. That’s where our 1:1 coaching comes in – tailored especially for IT pros, administrators, and business users who require dedicated support with real-world projects or specific customer requirements.
How does the whole thing work?
- It’s best to check in advance whether your topic is suitable for 1:1 coaching and what scope makes sense.
- Book the package that suits your needs – right here in our shop.
- In the kick-off session, we’ll discuss the next steps – including topics, scheduling, and any required information or resources.
- The actual sessions will be online, with optional desktop sharing to support you during implementation.
This 1:1 coaching can cover topics such as:
- Fundamentals and System Design
- Clarifying whether Synology Directory Server is suitable for your project
- Setting up a new domain or migrating from an existing one
- Adding additional domain controllers (2nd DC or Read-Only DC)
- Further domain configuration
- Creating domain users / groups and assigning resources
- Triggering regular domain synchronisation
- Joining clients and other devices to the domain
- Adding clients to the domain (Windows, macOS, NAS systems, etc.)
- Activating profiles for domain users and syncing home folders between endpoints and the Synology NAS using Drive Server
- Additional topics
- Distributing basic settings via group policies
- Enabling integrated Windows authentication
- Single SignOn, LDAP, RADIUS, etc.
