About the Course

The QuTS Professional is the entry-level course in the QNAP Certified programme, designed specifically for QNAP partners and business users. It provides a comprehensive introduction to QuTS hero, QNAP’s ZFS-based operating system for business environments. At the end of the course, you will take the certification exam. Upon passing, you will be recognised as a certified QNAP Partner within the QNAP Partner Programme.

Thanks to ZFS, deduplication, WORM and many other features, QuTS Hero offers enhanced performance and data integrity. During the live session, our team of trainers will teach you key technical fundamentals and concepts. Through a range of hands-on exercises, you will learn about proven best-practice solutions.

How does the whole thing work?

This is a hands-on training  featuring a series of hands-on exercises carried out directly on the systems. During the live session, you will be given remote access to a fully equipped virtual workstation. From there, you will have access to our QNAP hardware lab. The hands-on exercises will be carried out in several blocks spread throughout the day. You will always be working alongside other business users and QNAP partners. This means there are plenty of opportunities for professional exchange. During the practical sessions, you can use screen sharing to look over each other’s shoulders and support one another, in order to consolidate what you have learnt or carry out additional tests. And, of course, our team of trainers will be on hand to offer advice and assistance throughout the session.
